Standard orders process in 1–3 business days. Prescription orders may take 7–10 business days after we receive a valid prescription. Estimated U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery is typically 7–21 business days; rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Eligible eyeglasses may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and undamaged, with original packaging and accessories. Contact info@peakopticians.com for return authorization before sending your order back. Custom prescription lenses, gift cards, and final-sale items are excluded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
