1. 🛍️ Products & Services
Peak Opticians offers prescription and non-prescription eyewear for purchase online. We do not provide eye exams. Customers must upload or email a valid prescription to order prescription lenses.
2. 📦 Orders & Fulfillment
- Non-prescription eyewear ships within 1–3 business days.
- Prescription eyewear typically ships within 7–10 business days after receiving a valid prescription.
- You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. 💳 Payment & Billing
We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards for eligible purchases. All payments are processed securely. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. 🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day return and exchange policy applies to all eyewear.
- Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable but may be remade once within 60 days of purchase.
- One-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
5. 📄 Prescription Policy
You are responsible for providing a valid prescription. We may assist in retrieving it from your eye doctor upon request. Expired or incorrect prescriptions may delay your order.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
7. 🚫 Limitations of Liability
Peak Opticians is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products, prescription errors, or delays beyond our control.

All content on PeakOpticians.com—including logos, images, and text—is the property of Peak Opticians LLC and may not be used without permission.
9. ⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, CT.
