Return Policy

1. Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your eyeglasses, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your eyeglasses must be:

  • In their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
  • Returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, cases, and cleaning cloths.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@PeakOpticians.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the eyeglasses securely in the original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt and the RA number.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your eyeglasses for a different model or prescription, please follow the return process above and specify your exchange request when contacting customer service. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Info@PeakOpticians.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
