Do you offer eye exams?
We don't offer eye exams, but you can easily get one from any licensed optometrist or eye care professional. Once you have your prescription, email it to info@peakopticians.com, and we'll handle the rest to provide you with the perfect pair of glasses!
Do you accept insurance?
We don’t accept insurance for eyeglasses. However, we can give you an itemized bill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
We gladly accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as payment for eligible eyeglass purchases. When placing your order, simply use your HSA/FSA card at checkout. Most prescription eyeglasses qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement, but we recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm coverage.
How do I place an order for prescription eyewear?
To place an order, simply browse our selection of frames and choose the lens that best suits your optical needs. If you're unsure which lenses are best for your prescription, schedule an eyewear consultation with one of our licensed optician. You then have the option to manually enter your prescription (Rx), email it, or upload it.
Can I use my current prescription?
Yes! You can use your current prescription as long as it’s valid. Most prescriptions are valid for one to two years depending on your doctors guidelines.
What if I don’t have my prescription handy?
No worries. You can email it to us later, or have us contact your eye doctor to obtain it for you.
How do I measure my Pupillary Distance (PD)?
Your PD is often included in your prescription. If not, we have a guide to help you measure it yourself at home using our PD RULER or you can visit your local optometrist.

What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of our prescription and non rx eyewear. Our eyewear comes with a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. In the event of such defects, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
How long will it take to receive my glasses?
Non-prescription eyewear will be delivered within 1-3 days, while prescription eyewear will arrive within 7-10 days. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
